I read a while back how Chrissie Wellington eats it for breakfast nearly everyday and as a triathlete if it worked for her I was certainly going to try it and I have not stopped eating it yet.

I also will make the muesli as an overnight oats breakfast and have it in the morning cold. My container of choice is a nut butter jar that was just finished. Perfect for getting that nut butter taste in every bite.Jasonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08914217156791555569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7739675715154690483.post-52651019068333593192011-09-24T06:16:08.190-07:002011-09-24T06:16:08.190-07:00Glad to hear such good feedback! I think cooked oats get gummy, but the overnight version simply soaks up liquid. I tried overnight oats once and I hate the gummy texture. I would prefer it be someone hard (as in, raw, or not soft from sitting in yogurt). I'm not even a texture persona at all, but for some reason overnight oats just give me the creeps. Maybe I've been doing it wrong? I've only tried it once. Perhaps I should give it a try with muesli, but I feel like the outcome would be the same! Either way, I need to try muesli, we do sell it where I Work and it always looks delicious.Gina; The Candid RDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13034788087113648183noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7739675715154690483.post-52273995722371895052011-09-23T17:32:04.218-07:002011-09-23T17:32:04.218-07:00Very yummy recipe!
