I try to really enjoy what I do have and probably eat a little too much dessert--but return to normalcy, keeping only the leftovers that would make it into a normal weeknight meal, the very next morning.
I was bummed I had to return to work today, but honestly I think it ends up being an easy way to get back into a healthy routine before the weekend comes--so maybe I should stop complaining :)Jessica Hannnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7739675715154690483.post-22620461756769025562012-11-23T06:23:27.410-08:002012-11-23T06:23:27.410-08:00I am in between the two. As the one who can't pile food and have to keep things from touching, I eat a modest amount off the plate then when I go back for seconds I typically find I am too full for much. This repeats every year. I eat whatever I want, but I just can't seem to get much going. Then the leftovers stay at my aunt's house! If I'm at home, they stay at my MIL's house. That's not a bad strategy.Caronnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7739675715154690483.post-86739992539752182922012-11-22T20:10:01.698-08:002012-11-22T20:10:01.698-08:00Thanksgiving is just another day to me. Along with Maya's pumpkin pie crust.

But for those who love turkey, mashed, and stuffing? I can see why they'd overdo it one day a year.Ameenahttp://fancythatfancythis.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7739675715154690483.post-16092790620442186422012-11-22T08:32:39.188-08:002012-11-22T08:32:39.188-08:00An IJOD ayala but I'm thinking a one-plate IJO...An IJOD ayala but I'm thinking a one-plate IJOD is totally fine. Pre-eat good, fresh, uncanned food. Thank you for chiming in and your humor too.
