New Year, New Book, Same Inner Circle


And for those of you who don't have LBT yet (I'm assuming your book didn't arrive because I know you ordered it, of course) I wanted to share the dedication to my family and my shout out to Carolyn (or maybe onesmartbrownie to you). I also think our snack queen (Joanna Li RD) is as excited about this project as I am. Feeling grateful.

  5. Yes, I have the book. It's the best case scenario of what I hoped it would be. Thank you for writing it. Now, I look forward to following the wisdom. First up, I'm cutting back on the abundant amount of fruit I manage in my morning smoothie. I've been making some easy-to-change mistakes (hello missing protein in the morning? hello too much fruit?). I plan to adjust those and then keep moving forward with the input as my size moves backward into a healthier place. I've perused the book, taken a few notes, and am ready to plan accordingly. It's both inspirational and practical, and I'm grateful for that!
